The Company entered into a Controlled Placement Agreement (also referred to as an At-
The-Market (“ATM”) facility) (“the Agreement”) in August 2018 with Acuity Capital
Investment Management Pty Ltd <Acuity Capital Holdings A/C> (“Acuity Capital”), which
was later extended to 31 January 2023 and has been further extended to 31 January 2031.
As at 30 September 2026, the Company has utilised the facility to raise a total of $60.10
million and the remaining notional amount under the ATM is $189.90 million (the “Maximum
Option Size”). However, the Maximum Option Size cannot be exercised in full if it requires
the Company to issue more than the Maximum Option Shares. Maximum Option Shares is
such number of the Company’s shares as are permitted to be issued: (i) without approval of
the Company’s shareholders under Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A from time to time (i.e. the
Company’s placement capacity); or (ii) where the Company has received shareholder
approval at a meeting of its shareholders to issue in excess of that allowable placement
capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A, the number of shares allowable in accordance
with the approval obtained at that meeting.
The Company has determined that the total unused amount available under the Agreement
at 30 September 2026 is approximately $18.9 million as follows. Standby equity capital
available under the Agreement without issuing further shares to Acuity of approximately
$3.6 million based on the shares held as collateral by Acuity pursuant to the terms of the
Agreement, at a prevailing share price on 30 September 2026 of $0.041. The maximum
standby equity capital available under the Agreement without requirement of shareholder
approval is approximately $15.3 million based on the prevailing share price of $0.041 on 30
September 2026. There is no guarantee that the Company will be able to execute a
utilisation under the Agreement, which is subject to, for example, market conditions and the
prevailing share price. There are equally no requirements on the Company to utilise the
Agreement at any time and it may terminate the Agreement at any time, without cost or
penalty.

Executive Update
Quarterly Highlights
Lake Resources (“Lake” or the “Company”) received from the Catamarca Ministry of Mining the Environmental Impact Declaration
(“DIA”) for the flagship Kachi Lithium Brine Project (“Kachi”).1 The DIA positions Kachi as one of the very few fully permitted,
large-scale, independent greenfield lithium brine projects globally to reach this advanced stage and the first commercial-scale
DLE project in South America permitted for reinjection.2
Following the DIA, Kachi has now moved into the Front-End Engineering Design (“FEED”) phase for optimisation of execution
schedules and determination of final capital costs alongside engineering partners.
Advanced Kachi’s power discussion at both the federal and provincial levels as part of a focused effort to secure a more attractive
grid-based power alternative.
Appointed Michael Gabora as the Company’s Competent Person. Mr Gabora is a registered geoscientist in Ontario, Canada, and
in Arizona and Texas, United States, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.3
Lake published its 2026 Annual Report4 and advised that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is scheduled for Thursday,
19 November 2026.5
Continued to actively engage and progress discussions with a wide array of potential global off-takers and strategic partners
from countries including India, Korea, Japan, Europe and U.S., and including the addition of new parties to Kachi’s virtual data
room.
Lake expects to submit soon Kachi’s well-advanced application for Régimen de Incentivo para Grandes Inversiones (“RIGI”).
Lake ended the quarter with liquidity of $10.1 million, including the receipt of $7.9 million in proceeds via the At-the-Market
Subscription Agreement (“ATM”).6

Kachi
Operational Update
Exploitation Environmental Impact Assessment1
During the quarter, Lake achieved a major milestone with the Catamarca Ministry of Mining officially issuing the DIA for
Kachi.
Lake’s Managing Director and CEO, David Dickson, said “securing the Environmental Impact Declaration for Kachi is
the most important milestone in Lake Resources’ and Kachi’s history.”
Transitions Kachi into the FEED phase, for optimisation of execution schedules and determination of final capital costs
alongside engineering partners.
Evaluation of potential FEED engineering contractors is ongoing.
Positions Lake well for advancing strategic partnership discussions while also refreshing global outreach.
Power Supply
Management continues to actively progress its engagement with potential power providers, and Argentinian federal and
provincial officials on two alternative grid-based power options with a view to ensuring the most economical power
solution for Kachi with the smallest environmental footprint.
On the “Northern Power-Line” grid-based option, Lake continues to monitor the progress of power provider YPF
Luz; this option was included in the August 2025 DFS Addendum.2
Lake is also exploring “Southern Power-Line” grid-based alternatives associated with the Alumbrera corridor.3
Lake continues to evaluate solar and battery energy storage systems on both a stand-alone, and in combination with
other grid-based solutions.

Operational Update (cont.)
Lilac’s fifth-generation ion exchange technology
Lilac Solutions (“Lilac”), Kachi’s 20% owner and technology
partner is in late-stage development of its first commercial
facility on the Great Salt Lake (“GSL”) in Utah. Phase 1 is
designed to produce 5,000 tpa LCE, with a planned Phase 2 that
will bring total production to 20,000 tpa LCE.
During the quarter, Lilac was awarded a US$100 million
Department of Energy grant to support GSL Phase 1 and is
rapidly advancing toward final investment decision.
Regarding Kachi’s receipt of the DIA:
Regulatory validation: Lilac’s ion exchange (IX) technology
remains safe for reinjection, a key benchmark for regulators
and local communities throughout the review.
Environmental performance: Lilac’s process uses minimal
land, delivers the lowest water consumption of any
approved DLE project in Latin America, and returns more
than 99% of the extracted brine directly to the reservoir,
minimizing disruption to the local community and
ecosystem.

Cash Position and Finance
Lake held cash of $10.1 million (US$7.1 million) at 30 September 2026 (including currencies in AUD, USD and
Argentine Pesos).1
$10.1 million in liquidity at 30 September 2026 was a material improvement from the $6.7 million at 30 June
2026 and in-line with the $10.7 million at 31 March 2026.
During the quarter, raised $7.9 million from the issuance of 157,500,000 shares via the ATM.2
Quarterly payments to related parties of the entity and their associates:
Amounts paid to related parties of Lake and their associates during the quarter were $0.53 million. These
amounts relate to fees / salaries (including superannuation) paid to directors during the quarter.
Cash outflow of approximately $1.09 million related to exploration and evaluation activities during the quarter
was primarily for finalizing the DIA, exploring alternative power solutions, and transitioning into the FEED phase.
The Company had no substantive mining production or development activities during the quarter.
Lake maintains financial flexibility via cash balances, its ATM and direct share placement with current share
availability under Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A providing access to capital to advance Kachi’s key operational
priorities.
After reaching a new multi-year quarterly low spend of approximately $4.0 million (in the prior quarter),
outgoings increased a modest 6.8% in the current quarter to $4.3 million reflecting management’s continued
commitment to maintaining fiscal discipline while finalizing key operational priorities including the DIA.
